Kelly is an Assistant Professor of Statistics at Cal Poly, where she teaches introductory and advanced R courses, as well as a variety of statistics courses at all levels. Outside of teaching she also develops R packages for education, conducts research in clustering methodology, and pursues applied projects in the Digital Humanities. Her favorite part of being an educator is watching her students fall in love with R and the tidyverse.
