Jack is a PhD student in Atmospheric Chemistry at the University of York. His research is currently focused on the statistical analysis of road transport emissions for which he uses R and, in particular, the tidyverse suite of packages. He loves teaching others - especially those without a data science or programming background - to enable them to produce efficient, high-quality, and reproducible analysis. He is also an active participant in the R4DS TidyTuesday Data Project, creating visualisations, writing blog posts and sharing code for others to adapt and learn from.
