Martin is a data scientist at Paradigm Data Group, an analytics consultancy based in Oakland, CA. Before founding Paradigm Data Group, he taught college courses in epidemiology and statistics and helped develop “Data Journalism in R” on Storybench.org, a blog from Northeastern University’s School of Journalism. As a long-time user of R and the tidyverse, Martin loves teaching technology, science, and data to individuals and groups.
