Marieke (she/her) is a statistics and R consultant at the University of Virginia Health System, where she teaches several statistics and R courses, and consults with health sciences researchers on their data analyses. She is especially passionate about coding education, finding new and better ways to teach R and statistics. Marieke’s favorite aspect of teaching is watching her students understand the power of R and the tidyverse.
