Ezgi Karaesmen is a PhD candidate at The Ohio State University and conducts genomic data analyses to improve bone marrow transplant outcomes. She loves teaching R and never misses an opportunity to show her enthusiasm about the tidyverse. As one of the organizers of R-Ladies Columbus, she tries her best to create a welcoming R community in Columbus.
