Beatriz (she/her) is a PhD candidate in Environmental Sciences at the University of São Paulo, and her current research is focused on information transparency in water management. Bea is an active member of the R community: she is a co-organizer of R-Ladies São Paulo, satRday São Paulo, LatinR, and useR! 2021. She is also a certified Carpentries instructor, and she loves to teach about R, the tidyverse, and especially R Markdown.
