Emily is an analytics team lead at Capital One, where she builds enterprise data products (R packages and Shiny apps) and cultivates a community of practice around reproducible business analysis. She is passionate about empowering others to analyze and model data in R, and she has experience providing training to a wide range of backgrounds, goals, and group sizes (from individual assistance to groups up to 200).
