Abbas is a data scientist and computational biologist. He is on the Outsights team at Tempus Labs, providing scientific and analytic support to pharma research projects, and is the co-author of the R package gwasurvivr. He enjoys teaching tidyverse, introduction to machine learning, and R package development.
