Noa is a freelance data scientist and analytics consultant. She helps organisations to cultivate their data culture, gain and communicate insights, and strengthen data science as an effective organisational function. Her R workshops focus on teaching workflows for reporting and understanding industry data to business professionals with no coding experience, as well as experienced analysts and researchers. She organises meet-ups, development sprints, and conferences in Berlin where academics and industry professionals can share and extend their knowledge. Noa is a Core Member of the R Foundation’s Forwards Taskforce, where she supports useR! conferences and R communities with diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
