Bethan is a Lecturer and Agri-Environmental Economist at Scotland’s Rural College. Her research uses data to understand, monitor and evaluate changes in the food system to achieve positive social and environmental outcomes. She challenges herself to make her analysis reproducible and shareable and appreciates the collaborative benefits this brings. Bethan enjoys teaching R, to those without mathematical or programming backgrounds as well as to peers to achieve integrated analytical workflows.
